Catherine Best has launched a new advertising campaign for 2009 that explores the story behind some of the limited edition, hand-made jewellery that makes up her latest collection.
The series of adverts will be featuring in a number of magazines throughout the year, focusing on some of the most elegant pieces and exploring the exotic blend of emotions that inspire them.
The magnificent Paraiba Tourmaline piece Serenity, for example, evokes an underwater fantasy world full of romance, mystery, and intrigue, while Allure, a wonderful Peridot pendant, is surrounded by the legends and beauty of Ancient Egypt.
‘Ever since I began designing, a whirlwind of feelings and emotions take over me - and my design choices become almost instinctual. So many elements go into the creation of my jewellery that it is often hard to express in words. The new adverts immediately show the range of moods and emotions that were running through me when I was designing, and help to frame the stories behind the pieces,’ said Catherine. The campaign was created by our agency, Oi Advertising.
