18ct tanzanite, sapphire and ruby diamond pendant

Using 18 carat white gold as it's precious metal this pendant has a tanzanite (7.48ct) as it's centre stone encased in diamonds (0.432ct g-h vvs) with rubies and yellow sapphires to compliment.
