All jewellery items are despatched from our head office in Guernsey. Please note that deliveries will arrive with the relevant customs declaration showing a description and value of the enclosed item/s. If the item is intended as a surprise we are always happy to deliver to an alternative delivery address.

Free Ring Resizing
We understand that accurately measuring for your perfect ring can be difficult, which is why Catherine Best offers a free ring resizing service. We would be delighted to complete one resize, free of charge, within the first year of your purchase.**
*In order to qualify for a refund the item/s from your order must be in perfect condition. Bespoke items are non-refundable.
**For ring re-sizes where a change of over 3 sizes is needed a charge may be levied to cover the cost of the resizing work.
