Free Returns On All Jewellery
We want you to be able to order with confidence that if your purchase is not quite as you expected you will not be out of pocket in any way. As well as 100% of the product cost, we will also cover the postage costs of returning any jewellery to us.
All of our jewellery is made using the highest quality materials to the highest possible standard. Each piece is also carefully inspected once completed and we are happy to offer free repairs on any issues caused by a manufacturing defect.
45 Day Returns No Questions Asked
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Catherine Best, you can send your order back to us within 45 days and we will send you 100% of the purchase price back, no questions asked.*
Free Ring Resizing
We understand that accurately measuring for your perfect ring can be difficult, which is why Catherine Best offers a free ring resizing service. We would be delighted to complete one resize, free of charge, within the first year of your purchase.**
Please contact us and we will arrange returns postage. We will then adjust the ring at our workshop and return to you free of charge. All of our resizing work is completed to the highest possible standards to ensure invisible resizing and a perfect finish.
*In order to qualify for a refund the item/s from your order must be in perfect condition. Bespoke items are non-refundable.
**For ring re-sizes where a change of over 3 sizes is needed a charge may be levied to cover the cost of the resizing work.
If you are a consumer i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for personalised or other products which we have specified as non-returnable) and receive a refund from us for items purchased online. You must inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel within 45 working days, starting on the day after your order has been delivered to you.
We will arrange returns postage for jewellery items at our cost, however all sculptures must be returned at your own cost and we advise that the delivery service includes adequate insurance.
You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the item/s and that they are returned to us within seven working days from the date of notification of their intended return. All postage charges are non refundable. If you live in the U.K. and your order was delivered by DHL it is imperative that you contact us so we can organise for DHL to collect the item from you. This is so we can refund the VAT from of your order. If your order is returned by any other method we will be unable to refund your VAT.

For any order consisting of “Bespoke Jewellery” (“Bespoke Jewellery” means any jewellery that is created by us in accordance with your specifications. This includes but is not limited to items with customised design, metals, stones or engravings) your right to cancel is revoked . Any subsequent returns, refunds, credits or exchanges shall be at the discretion of Catherine Best Limited where all decisions are final.
In addition to your right to cancel above, Products are accepted for credit or exchange if returned to either of our retail locations in Guernsey and Jersey, in a saleable condition within 45 days of delivery accompanied by a copy of your order. Such a return is at your cost and we advise you to ensure the order is adequately insured for the return journey.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non refundable merchandise exchange.
Where you paid for an order by payment card, refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited.
All refunds will be made within 30 working days either:
(where Products have not been delivered to you at the delivery address you have requested within 30 working days of your Order) of our confirmation by email to you that your Order has been cancelled; or
(where Products have been delivered to you) of our receipt of the Products you have returned to us.
